Tasmanian Sea Creatures
I have just finished drawing my latest series of Tasmanian sea creatures. I’m loving the feel of the Ecostar recycled card stock freshly back from the printer! I couldn’t resist taking a trip to my local beach to photograph these little beauties in the wild. This collection features: Australian Fur Seal Pup, Bottlenose Dolphin, Maori Octopus, Red Handfish and Weedy Seadragon. You may already know that the Red Handfish is becoming harder and harder to find in the wild. There is talk that increased salmon farming in Tassie waters is putting pressure on their habitat. I think they are incredibly cute despite not being the most attractive of the bunch!
